「We had to work on the toilet it kept stopping up, we left a toilet plunger there for the next guest. Inside the kitchen the air conditioner did not cool well. The master room with the bed had a very hard mattress. Directions kept sending us to the wrong location」

「It was great. Extremely easy process. No unreasonable instructions. If I had to have a complaint, it'd be that we booked at a time when there were no fruit on the misbelief/loquat trees. But that's something we can remedy by booking again later this year.」

「This is a beautiful property that has some areas being renovated thus were under construction. The pool was not available for use due repairs. My room window shade was broken and could not be pulled down to block the light. Though I had the above mentioned issues, my overall experience at this hotel was good. I would definitely use this property again.」
