「ロケーションが良い、親切でとても感じの良いスタッフ、美味しい朝食、築600年の建物を改装し、綺麗で使い勝手の良いシャワーブースが完備されている。シャワーの温度が低いのが気になった。毎回思うのは、タオルが黒ずんでいて清潔感を感じられないのが残念である。それ以外は、お部屋の清掃など綺麗に整えられていて何も問題はない。」

「Beautiful hotel even looking through storm Claudia! The food was first class in the restaurant with some of the best chicken I've tasted. The room was lovely and little touches like light coming on when you opened the cupboard & a night light in the bathroom added to the stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. Very pleasant stay with lovely staff and if we ever go up that was again, definitely high on our list to stay: just hope the weather is better :-)」

「We stayed in Room 2, The Ercall, it was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and the views were amazing. Excellent attention to detail with good selection of hot beverages in te room. Taxi into Shrewsbury town was £10 and 15 - 20 minutes. The staff at the Riverside Inn are its greatest asset, polite, friendly, knowledgeable bout the local area, made time to chat and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. 」
