気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
They have swimming that used to be in the price payed to use now they charge £5 to use
All rooms to get to have a mountain of stairs with no lift to help disabled people some carpets in halls are terrible there dirty and trip able as not secured down.
The room we were in was incredibly hot all times and so dusty unbelievable the breakfast wasn't worth the money I had cooked full English it was poor greasy did not taste fresh at all the amount that was given was enough for a young child in the dining area it looked like it needed a deep clean curtains were filthy the floor was filthy and sticky all grime everywhere wasn't worth the money.
We also bought the dog and when booked they told us one price to then be told when we got there that it was double the price and we had to pay it instead of original price.
Also it's no longer a lavinda hotel but notice that they were still addvitising that they still did the lavinda the whole hotel needs to be updated and deep cleaned and proper fitted carpets and a use of a lift not forgetting they need to restrain on how to cook a full english
