「Great stay, lovely hotel.」

「First hospitarity was nice,I liked the cute interior of the room.When I was in the room,I could hear the sound of the river and it was quiet.I thought it was a waste that i only stayed for one night.」

「The staff were very friendly thankyou.It is a great place to stay for the piece hall,train station and other places of interest in Halifax.My room was spacious. It was a little bit noisy at night ,but not enough to keep me awake.Only comment,a hairdryer would of been good in the room.Would go back. Thankyou.」

「Booked this hotel 10mins before checking in due to an issue at original hotel. Staff were great and although we ricked up at 2pm, we were checked in quickly and room was available. Room spaciouscand modern with a great suzed shower room. Breakfast items were of a good quality and only £10/person so excellent value! Will definitely stay again and would be my 1st choice in Harrogate, due to its convenience and service overall. 」

「Location was good in between Knaresborough and Ripon . Quiet even though on main road . Double room was good, staff polite , friendly and professional . Parking free when staying at inn. Had evening meal and breakfast both good standard. 」

「Great location in the centre of Knaresborough. Very helpful to have plenty of onsite parking. Comfortable bedroom. Very attractive and welcoming communal sitting room. Outstanding breakfast - wide variety of hot and cold dishes. 」

「The building is beautiful. High ceilings and original fixtures make this a special place to stay. Located in a great location near to transport, shops, restaurants and bars. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Shannon and the other staff are friendly and efficient and made our stay enjoyable. Food was tasty in the restaurant. Breakfast in morning was good and again the staff serving were friendly. The room had everything we needed and a fantastic view of the town...
