「The only complaint I had was the noise and the check in. The guy asked if I had ever stayed in a TRU before and proceeded to tell me that it was the Frat house of Hilton. After stating kindly and playfully that as long as there were no bugs it would be fine for one night. He (hopefully jokingly) stated that no they had taken care of that problem and that bugs shouldn't make their way to the top floor anyways. This interaction made me want to cancel immediately and find another hotel but it was...

「Cute inn off the Blue Ridge Parkway that is totally reminiscent of the 1950s but with modern amenities. 」

「Our stay at the remote cabin was enjoyable and comfortable. The amenities furnished helped make our stay relaxing. There was nothing lacking. We woke to a chilly 38 degrees outside but the cabin was warm. Pat is a fine host! Glad we had a truck to cross the small stream on our way up to the cabin.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pontificator's Perch! The location was very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and for exploring the area. The house was nicely appointed, comfortable and had lots of room, and the view from the deck was amazing.」
