"We had a great stay for an extended family vacation in August. Very smooth check in and very clean house. The house was very well stocked- had many more items than was listed. Very comfortable beds and bedrooms for multiple couples to have privacy. Loved using the (mostly shaded) pool while temps were in upper 90s everyday. Plentiful ice from both freezers. 5 min walk to a very beautiful beach. The only negatives were dull knives and scratched Teflon pans, and trouble securing sliding doors on several balconies (worry for kids).Overall we all really enjoyed staying in this house!"

"Nice location semi oceanfront, easy access to an area that was never crowded. Beach is beautiful here, especially wide at low tide, great for bikes, walks, games, or whatever. Not buggy at all. There is a small but very useful plunge pool, and the living area was roomy enough for our entire group of 12. Beds were comfortable. There’s a nice sunrise view from the house main room and balconies. Super helpful to find a dog friendly place that is this nice.The house is a little worn with age and use, but everything is still functional. The garage game room was of very little use (no AC, humid as heck) except for as storage and had a lot of constant dripping or leaking water from above. The trash room concept is gross and smelly but hey - it is called a trash room. Sadly it is the only way into the garage.Property manager was very responsive to issues - first level AC was not maintaining temp when we arrived and they were there on Sunday to service it. The pool was dirty on arrival and they had someone out Monday. So huge props to them on responding but maybe they need a little more oversight of their service people to have it right at the start.Kroger is just around the corner as are all the main shops you need. We’d stay there again for sure."
