There was spa room, but it was closed for some reason. Otherwise, grocery is next building and streetcar and bus station is in front of hotel. Very convenient yo go to downtown. Streetcar stop has ticket machine, touch screen wasn’t working very well, but if you buy Stuttcard, you good to go anywhere.
