「The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. 「The facilities were really the only redeeming part of our stay. The pool and entry area are nice, but the apartments themselves are extremely dated and not well maintained. Everything felt uncomfortable and unclean. The hot water heater only lasted about three minutes, and the shower didn’t drain properly, leaving you standing in water. Overall, I was very dissatisfied and would not return. For the price, the apartments desperately need to be updated to match the quality of the facilities shown...

「It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant...
