"My.toliet did not work, flushing was difficult. I had maid service knocking on my door at 8am. This hotel listed breakfast but because of booking 3rd party, i was i formed i had to pay for breakfast. To have a fridge that was listed as an amenity, it was an additional cost. Our conference roo.s were very hot, many roomes rith no heat. The bathrooms provded for the event i was attending had a major leak and floors were wet for the entirety of the conference. "

"Rooms were clean, kick back and breakfast were both delicious, easy to maneuver around the property. There is renovation happening currently which limited some elevator access in the morning but there were other elevators in another part of the hotel so we didn't have to climb stairs or anything."

"Nice stay in downtown St Louis. We chose this property for the location to the Arch, Interstate, pool, breakfast, and all suite option. Pros. 1. On arrival the staff were very helpful. This was primarily the valet guys and front desk staff 2. The hallways are very clean and quiet with plenty of light. 3. The rooms are some of the best I’ve seen at embassy suites around the country. 4. Location is within a short walk to the Arch and the convention center is basically out the door. 5. Bed was very comfortable Cons. 1. Cleanliness… Though the rooms were incredibly spacious, they were not the cleanest. The counters had crumbs all over them, the couches had numerous stains, the carpet looked like it hasn’t been deep cleaned in sometime, and there were hairs in the shower. That was just the room. 2. Pool area was a complete bust. It’s tiny and shallow. The bathroom doors don’t even work in that area. The liner is coming undone and is gnarly. 3. Commons area furniture is ready to be tossed. 4. Public restrooms are filthy and smell. 5. Parking for $50 in St Louis? Come on you can do better than that. The Hyatt right next to the arch is $30 for self and $40 for valet. "

"Such a cool hotel I love the museum on the second floor so interesting and all the penguins food is great restaurants great everything just what a great stay very unique but very quiet very cozy love everything about it. Can’t wait to stay at the other ones."
