"The valet staff wasn’t very friendly at all, they didn’t take the time to help set up text message alerts for calling the car ahead of time. Instead they gave me a ticket which meant it was more difficult to pick up my car. Considering the cost for valet is $49 + tax, it was definitely not work it and I wish I could get my money back for the poor experience at an expensive 4 star hotel. The cleaning staff also knocked on my door well before check out, waking me up."

"We ended up not staying in the hotel. I did not feel safe in the area. It is surrounded by an industrial district. There are no other hotels or local amenities. There were even "No Parking" signs in the parking lot."
