「This was our first time in a bed and breakfast. The staff was delightful. Property was clean. Location is perfect for shopping and walking in the historic district. I’m giving it 5 stars for what it is-but it’s not a five star hotel. It’s an old house! The food was better than what I would cook but if you love breakfast I hear there are some gourmet breakfast places in Savannah. I would stay here again and recommend to a friend for an affordable bed and breakfast. 」

「Good Hotel comfortable room in a great area. Staff service was solid. Restaurant next door required reservations. I had to ibsist getting seated for brunch so arrange it.」

「Great location to all attractions in downtown area. Trolley stop is right across the street and River street is 5mins walk. The Georgia Queen sunset cruise boat landing dock is also closeby, about 10 mins walking. Very convenient for first timers. Parking is easy and no extra cost. 」

「LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel. If you want the real Savannah experience, this is the place to stay. In addition the staff was amazing. The room/rooms had so much space. Having a fridge and couch was extra nice. And each evening they had wine and hordorves. 」

「We loved the views from having a high floor corner room. Our room was exceptionally clean as well as the entire property. Bar Julian was so wonderful for drinks, food & excellent service! Having the car service available to drive us into town was a great perk! Highly recommend this hotel! 」

「The property has recently been renovated with new and updated bathrooms. The bed and matress were very comfortable. There are two charming balconies and a patio area.The manager, Mark was very helpful, kind, and hospitable. The next time we visit Savannah, we plan and look forward to staying at the Present Hotel. 」
