"If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. Complimentary pickup/dropoff service...

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Langkawi. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with genuine warmth and made each of us—from our youngest child to the grandparents—feel right at home. Every detail had clearly been thought through in advance, so check-in was seamless and our rooms were perfectly prepared for a family of seven. "We like the location, which was reasonably central for us. I want to say the staff was absolutely amazing. Their hospitality was next to none. There was ample parking. The property is dated Ave requires renovations, however it was OK. I would stay here again. "

"Very hip and nice breakfast buffet. The WXYZ bar great. The Chef Bob, Sharron and bar staff are amazing. Front desk staff are great and the security, housecleaning and weight staff great. Love pools. Infinity pool, jacuzzi and gym as well. Staff cartridges so convenient and so many suggestions for things to do and go. Launderer very efficient and done well. Highly recommend plus water sports and beach is so wonderful. Langkawi people are great"

Breakfasts are great, lots of choice and it’s conveniently located for Pantai Chenang and Pantai Tangah. "From the moment we arrived and warmly welcomed it was clear to us that this was more than just a hotel, it was a luxury experience. The resort was absolutely beautiful, the staff utterly amazing and the service impeccable. I have stayed in many resorts and hotels, often on the higher end of the scale, but nothing has come close to this. Simply put, it is the best hotel I have every stayed in, period. A huge personal thank you goes out to Torun, Zia and Prakash from Housekeeping, Suhayl and the Horizon Pool and Bar Team, and last but certainly not least, the entire staff at the Langkawi Kitchen. Staying here was the absolute standout highlight of a beautiful 2 week vacation in Malaysia, and we look forward to staying here again in the future. A beautiful experience that we both will remember for a very long time."
