Everything and everyone great at Pestana. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome including storing our luggage when we went to the falls for a few days. 24 hour desk to check out at 3:30 am for early flight out, and they pre-arranged for taxi at that time! Great burgers and good prices on good wine. Will definitely stay again!

Arrived hours before the check in time, but room was ready and we could unwind after the long flights to Argentina. Room was spartan but clean. We’ve been staying at this hotel for many years, and have seen its slow decline, but the location is great and the staff helpful and welcoming.

Old, dirty, low quality

Old facilities without renovation for years. Room wasn't clean as should, light not working, bathtubs dirty. Really not the hotel I expected, pictures were not showing reality.

It is winter and after requesting a blanket for three consecutive days, I gave up when a staff member mentioned they do not have blankets! We arrived at 2am due to a plane delayed and there was no one to help us with a cart for luggage. The checkout this morning had a great gentleman though, very courteous and fast.

Terrible front desk. Outdated rooms. The indoor pool is HORRIBLE. As soon as I got to the hotel from the airport, I saw a prostitute in front of the hotel. The front desk guy Luca was rude. I went down to ask for ice and given that the bar area was closed, he sent me out at midnight to get ice from the grocery store he claimed was open but he knew very well that everything was closed. It’s not the safest area given the prostitution around. As a woman, I felt unsafe. Only two staff members made the stay a bit more pleasant: Ana the housekeeper and Edison the bar tender. I told Edinson to go work at a better hotel. He is too nice for that place.

la chambre est impeccable; le personnel m'a tres bien reçu; toutefois, a la reception il y en a qui ne parle pas l'anglais ni le francais. L'hotel est tres situé sur la principela rue de Buenos Aires. L'arret du bus rouge touristique est juste de l'autre cote de la rue. Secteur securitaire. A 18 min. de marche d'un tres bel endroit dans la reserve ecologique pour aller se promener en toute securite.. Tres beau. Hotel a 3 block de l'obelisque
