「We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while....

「The property was amazing, so many fun areas to take photos and sit. There was even a garden with all sorts of herbs and veggies to see growing. The tub on the patio was my favorite part, second to the food and spa services. The staff were amazing, I was able to practice my Spanish with them and they were very patient and kind. They even helped with photos, a true all inclusive experience. I had a wonderful stay there and would absolutely stay again. Pura vida!」

We went with little ones and we did not rent a car so we relied a lot on uber and the hotel’s transportation since the rooms are far away from the lobby and pools/restaurants. One thing I was disappointed it’s that they don’t offer transportation to the volcano viewpoint /mirador . I specifically booked this hotel because of that viewpoint . I talked to front office to see if I could get an uber to take us up there and they refused . Being that we had little ones with us...
