「As perfect as previous years and the fact that the Christmas tree is up despite it still being the last weekend in November is a lovely treat and thanks to Steve & Tina for doing that. I will be booking for 2026!」

「Well I think as it was our 19th visit that speaks for itself. Fantastic as always, a perfect space to unwind and recharge your batteries. Lots of wildlife to see in the garden with all sorts of birds on the feeders and the special treat if you are lucky the deer family, lots of squirrels too. The Talbot Arms do great meals but you have to book early for a Sunday lunch. There is a gentle walk along the river down to Lyme Regis just a little harder coming back up but not as hard as the road way....

「The property was in a great location, close to harbour, so everything was within walking distance. Property was very clean on arrival」

「The ability to get to restaurants etc in the harbour was poor as very long way down and steep climb up. No smart TVs no Spotify on Alexa and the request to leave apartment clean was unacceptable as would have better service from a hotel and the price paid was high end and expectations were not met.」
