"We arrived booked in and the accommodation was not what we expected having chosen Gold standard which obviously was more expensive. The place was very dirty. We complained and we were moved. The overall appearance was better however, we had to call the engineer out 3 times in our short stay for boiler problems."

"We have just had a lovely stay at The Falcon. The hotel is spotless and beautifully kept. All the staff are amazing and most helpful. We had a bedroom on the front with a canal view. The only down side to this is that it was quite noisy. It is on the main road into the town and next to a pub. The food and gardens are great and we look forward to visiting again at some point."
