Book the complete Atlantic House for your beach holiday, weekend break or celebration. With 11 ensuite bedrooms and the option to open a further 2 theres’s plenty of room for all your family and friends.

Go surfing, swimming, sunbathing, walking, sightseeing or simply relax at home making the most of the bar, games room with pool table, arcade machines and table football, new kitchen, dining for 24, sun facing conservatory and terrace.
In a prime location just yards away from Summerleaze Beach, the Bude Sea Pool, Restaurants, Bars, Bude Hight Street and Sainsbury’s you won’t need your car unless tempted by the mass of sightseeing opportunities slightly further afield including Crackington Haven, Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac and Padstowe.

Recently converted from the Atlantic House Boutique Hotel there’s plenty of accommodation with most of the rooms providing spectacular beach and sea views.

BEDROOMS:

3 x Superking Beds with ensuite bathrooms
2 x Kingsize Beds with ensuite bathrooms
6 x Double Beds with ensuite bathrooms

These 11 rooms which sleep 22 people are included in the price for your booking.

We have additional rooms/beds available for the following surcharges should you need additional space/occupancy (maximum 28 people):

Room 12 Twin beds with ensuite bathroom £200/stay
Room 13 Kingsize bed with ensuite bathroom £200/stay
1 x Foldaway bed £100/stay
2 x Foldaway bed £200/stay
Please note the above will not be available unless booked.

2 x Portable infant cots can be provided on request free of charge. We believe infant bedding is a personal item so please bring your own.

All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower.

Dining/Games Room with 2 dining tables that can seat 24 people, 2 high chairs, pool table, 2 Acrade machines (with 4000 games), table football, 55" Smart TV and additional seating for 16 people

High speed WiFi and Smart TVs throughout the house to access your own Netflix, Prime, Disney+, AppleTV and YouTube accounts.

Central Heating to keep you warm in the winter and Fans to keep you cool in the Summer.

All our linen and bedding comes from the same supplier as Ritz Carlton and Mandarin Oriental Hotels.

DOGS:
Atlantic House is dog friendly. We want our four legged guests to enjoy their stay as much as you. Bowls are provided but please bring your own beds. Please note there is a charge of £40/dog per stay to enable us to deep clean after your stay.
The terrace is fenced and gated and there are grass areas right opposite the house.
We hope your dogs don’t cause any damage which will have to be deducted from your security deposit. We would appreciate you contacting us with any problems asap so repairs can be made.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE:
EV Charging is available at a charge of £75/stay

You have full and sole access to the house and everything in it.
Please note that there are some rooms to the rear section of the house which are locked, unoccupied and not in use; rear wing by the fire exit, former manger’s accommodation, housekeeping room and a few store rooms.

Atlantic House has 6 parking spaces. We recommend you use the lockable parking bollards if going out as we are in a prime location and sometimes non-guests simply can't help themselves.

Great property in a fantastic location

We were 4 families with 8 adults and 7 children aged 11-13. There was plenty of space for us all and the kids all loved being able to have their own rooms (their own floor in fact!) The location couldn’t have been more perfect, stunning views and only a few mins from the beach, shops, sea pool etc. Hosts were great with regards to communication. We would definitely return
