Everything was excellent ,supermarket just across the road ,there was 7 of us so we had plenty of room ,near everything we wanted ,5 of us over 66 so we had free transport . Highly recommend apartment very central for a lot of attractions .the host was great about entrance to apartment ,and anything else we wanted to know ,

La casa es muy grande, amplia, limpia cómoda y la ubicación es excepcional. Está cerca de una avenida con tranvía y metro que te lleva a todas partes. El transporte en Budapest funciona increíblemente bien.Las partes comunes del edificio están muy desastradas y el ascensor da un poco de miedo.Lo que no me gustó fue que 8 días antes de entrar en la casa (la reserva la había hecho con 8 meses de antelación) recibí un mail de los propietarios en un tono bastante borde exigiendo que dijéramos que edad y sexo tenían todos los inquilinos y que contestara al mail comprometiendonos a cumplir unas determinadas normas. (Normas lógicas por otra parte). Si querían que aceptáramos las normas y a lo mejor no le gustaba la edad o sexo de los inquilinos deberían haber mandado ese mail en el momento de la contratación de la casa previamente a aceptar el primer pago y no justo antes de salir de viaje. Por otra parte tuve que pedirles hasta 4 veces el número de teléfono de contacto, porque no me contestaban. Una vez que me lo dieron la comunicación fue fluida y atendieron rápido a los comentarios que les hicimos.A parte de ese incidente en la comunicación inicial la casa está fantástica y la recomiendo sin dudarlo.

The accommodation was nice and large to accommodate 2 families of 4 (including 4 teenagers)With being Canadian the entrance to the apartment was a little suspect with all the graffiti on the walls and doors. Once arriving in the apartment and spending time in the city the entrance and the elevator became charming and brought authenticity to our home of 3 nights. The air con was great, beds were comfortable. It was excellent that there was a full bathroom and another powder room with just a toilette and sink. It would be helpful if you would put a mirror in this powder room. Kitchen was good. We did not use it to cook in, we simply used the fridge to site some waters, juice etc. the freezer needs to be defrosted to add room to store things. There was no instruction in how to use the washing machine. We simply turned it on and just stopped it when we felt the clothes might be clean. And a drying rack for people to dry their clothes old also be useful to have in the apartment. Location was wonderful. Grocery store around the corner, cafes less than a block away. Metro/buses all right at your doorstep. Lime bikes also right there to utilize. Thanks for opening your home to us. Perhaps having a guest book would create some memories for you and for others to read.

We had an amazing time. The property is very centrally located - we could get anywhere we wanted in about 20 mins. Mary was very quick to respond if we had any questions. The property is clean, light and spacious. Would stay here again

Chouette appartement

L'appartement est chouette, mais attention on a pas le contrôle de la clim (c'est le propriétaire qui gère la climatisation à distance) donc on a eu pas mal chaud. L'appartement est très bien situé, mais les alentours étaient en travaux (comme pas mal d'endroits à Budapest) du réveil à 7h00 du matin. Moyennement dérangement pour nous, vu qu'on se levait tôt pour visiter, mais penser a bien demander avant le séjour pour les gens qui préfèrent la grasse matinée. Pas de checkin ou checkout, tout se fait avec une boîte à clés.Sinon bonne communication, appartement spacieux et équipé proche de tout. Je recommande !

Central apartment

The apartment was clean and tidy and well equipped for our family of 5 over the xmas break. Very handy to transport options and shops, restaurants etc. A lift made getting to the 4th floor easier.

Brilliant value apartment!

Check in process was super clear and easy! The lift was a bit scary but once you get used to it it’s fine! Was overall incredibly impressed with the size and set up of the apartment and there was plenty of space for us all. The instructions left for guests hint at problems with previous guests - but they were nevertheless very clear. Pierre and Mary were very helpful and were great hosts! Thank you for having us!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war sauber & in einer sehr guten Lage. Direkt nebenan ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, viele Restaurants & die Straßenbahn. Einziges Manko sind die wenigen Handtücher & das es keine Ausstattung bezüglich Gewürze o.ä. gab. Pro Person erhielt man nur ein großes Handtuch. Zudem waren beide Wäscheständer belegt. Zusammengefasst würde ich die Unterkunft aber jederzeit wieder buchen.
