"Beautiful spacious home but beware that the rental company that manages the property are rude and not helpful. The rental company is near impossible to get in touch with and even when I asked for a direct number or email address they refuse to give it to me They put us in the house during an extremely cold period and the house could not provide basic life essentials such as heat, ability to cook or even take a hot shower. The propane tank was completely empty and the rental company never sent anyone out to help with the issue. We ended up leaving our vacation early due to it being 47 degrees inside the house. Now the rental company only wants to refund a portion of our money. "

"Welcoming hosts and great amenities! Beds were perfect, extra cots were so helpful as well. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets for everyone. The kids loved the hot tub and the driveway for sledding. Super convenient to the beech mountain for snowboarding for the day. Would stay here again!"
