「Our room was not clean, and some parts had clearly not been cleaned or maintained for some time. There were large scuffs/dirt in the main part of the hotel room, spots/stains on the wall above the bathroom trash can, and a Cheeto on the bathroom floor. The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower was nearly empty and not labeled. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others based on the cleanliness of the room itself. We've stayed in less expensive hotels with significantly higher...

「This is a no freels, utilitarian property. It’s older and the outside is dated and could use some care. But, the room itself was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets appeared to be clean and the room smelled fresh. The AC was very loud but it kept the room comfortable in the South Mississippi heat. There are not many amenities, but there are not many options in Bay St. Louis.」

「We stayed two non-consecutive nights. One on our way to our destination and the next on our return trip. On 5/28/26 we stopped on our drive to Florida. We were surprised with the room, it was very clean, quiet, and the A/C worked fine to remove the humidity which during this time was more important than cooling the room. The main building with reception and dining (breakfast) area was also very nice. The grounds are well maintained and the parking lot has a fence. I felt secure taking my dog out...

「I was super disappointed. If you’re booking based off photos, do NOT book here. The hotel is nothing like what is photographed and was disgusting. There was mold on the shower curtains, our door barely shut, and I felt extremely uncomfortable/unsafe. I’m pretty sure this room was the “go to” room for guests staying here. It was very rundown.」

「The room and property were clean. Our room had two double beds, was spacious, and had cute,, funky decor. It's a "no frills" room but did have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The Keurig was in the hallway for all guests on the floor to share, but there were plenty of pods and condiments. There is no front desk. We were given a door code for check in that activated without a problem at 4 pm. The hotel is in a great area, literally steps from Bacchus Restaurant and Bar, a new brewery next...
