"Staff is basically nonexistent. Our towels and bedsheets had some stains on it and we tried to contact staff but no one answered. We went downstairs to talk to staff and no one was there either."

If we did not have teenagers with us I would have preferred a B&b for the friendliness and social interactions so easily available. The neighbourhood around the hotel is mostly EU and EU-style business buildings."
