「Amazing hotel right on the beach! Clean and friendly staff. Walking distance from restaurants. Great stay!」

「We found out at check in that the hot tub was broken then went to our room to find a broken bed. We were given another room however the mattress in this one was also broken. My complaint is the front desk workers. They acted like this was not a big deal, no apologies given. We had a total of 3 rooms in our party. The other rooms were perfect. When my husband went down to the desk (bugs in hand) to make them aware the lady attending the front desk stated “let me guess, you want something for free” WHAT??? 「This hotel was not much more than a motel 6. It was filthy, old and in much need of repair. There was a roach in the tub which I took a picture of. The safety bar in the tub is hardly attached. The TV only worked using the physical button on the TV. Remote did not work. Couldn't change channel or volume. Breakfast at 8am was cold and old. They could not make more eggs. I couldn't find any help to even get a napkin. Carpets were dirty. Elevator made scary noises and fridge made loud noise all...
