"We visit Sunset Beach every year and this was the first time we did not use one of the local rental agencies. I was nervous at first but once we got in the home it was exactly as described and in very good condition for being one of the older homes on the island. It had more amenities and was very roomy and comfortable. One of the best feature is the large screened porch with comfy chairs! "

"This place was perfect for our beach weekend getaway. It’s close to the beach, near several restaurants and a Food Lion grocery store is nearby. It’s a great location. The property was clean and had everything we needed. I thought the bed in the primary bedroom was a little hard but after a day on the beach and a couple of margaritas, I slept ok. Having a W\D there is handy (we didn’t use for our short trip) and the water pressure in the primary bath was good. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"We had a family reunion. We had 11 adults staying at the house four families that worked out great. The house was beautiful on the beach just like they said the amenities were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with very good quality things to cook with. Also had plenty of beach accessories sometimes you don’t find those things when you rent houses, but they said they were going to be there and they were there."

"I would highly recommend this rental to friends and family. The home is so nicely decorated the kitchen is well equipped with every single thing you can think of inclusive of tea, sugar creamers. I was so pleased and my friend we were thinking about extending our weekend to possibly a week, however, responsibilities did not allow us to do that. I will definitely be back to this rental"
