"Host, Salvos, was a real asset. We had a dreadful start to our holiday with a five hour flight delay and as a result our car hire vehicles were rented out to others. Salvos helped us - a party of eight - get to the villa. Nothing was too much trouble. He loaned us his car so we could do a supermarket shop. He was the perfect host. "Loved staying st this hotel. Perfect to stay in Catania for 1 night as our flight landed late. Upgrading for breakfast on the roof terrace is worth it for a first view of Etna on our trip. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely. An extremely smart hotel on the Main Street, doubt you can’t get much better in Catania"

"My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for the morning before heading out to the town. "
