「Nice spot would be great for kids. Sand beach, concrete fishing dock, campfire, rec hall for rainy days, horseshoe pits, fenced pool, lots a room. Oh yeah, i saw a small boat ramp on the property too (good for a boat up to 16 ft maybe) . Might be a good spot to park a small trolling boat for a few days. Good rainbow and lake trout fishing right out in the bay. I caught a 6 lb rainbow across the bay at colpoys bay just casting off the pier. Also good fishing off the public pier in town.」

「Great location. My dog and I stayed for 2 nights so we could hike Lions head trail. The front lobby is under a much needed renovation. Hopefully they will get this finished. A nice coffee bar would be a bonus. My room was clean and partly renovated. The beds were comfy. Motel was quiet, we felt safe. A few things like a trash can in the room, clean windows, inside door lock, art work would add to the stay.」

「Telephone au mur pour appeler la Reception qui est fermée à notre arrivée en fin d’après-midi. Réponse: clé sur la porte de l’unité 2. Un employé sort d’un local, pieds nus, il ne parle ni ne semble comprendre l’anglais. On réussi à comprendre que la borne électrique que nous tentons d’utiliser est défectueuse. Bon point aucune application requise pour cette borne. Chambre rénovée, bien située pour accès au lac et aux commerces. 」
