The room was very small. We had to close the bathroom door to walk around the bed. Hooks on the wall in both the bedroom and bathroom would have helped for clothes and towels, etc. It wasn't convenient to be without a microwave inside the room. But the staff were friendly and accommodating as much as possible.

The room was freezing cold. Couldn’t figure out the heating. Sand in the bed, no one came to offer clean towels..I was there for two nights. No new clean towels or new bedding. The room was so tiny, couldn’t figure out how to get the TV to work. Couldn’t find the ice machine or community room anywhere. Was originally booked in room 201 show up and am given room 204. Staff wasn’t on site at all. Not pleased with how much the room actually costed me.

Le site n’a pas la vue qu’il prétend, nous avions une chambre au sous-sol. Il y avait une odeur désagréable, la chambre est meublé avec du mobilier de l’armé du salut. Il y avait de la moisissure partout dans la salle de bain. La chambre était vraiment humide. Nos bagages se sont imprégné de cette humidité. La propreté est vraiment à améliorer. Le lit était très inconfortable et les oreillers aussi. La tv ne captait aucun poste et le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. La piscine était hors d’usage. Côté qualité/confort/prix, j’aurais mieux été en camping sauvage. Je déconseille fortement cet endroit.

Clean room and bathroom, mini fridge was noisy, and fireplace didn't work (or we couldn't figure out how). Pool looked cloudy so we didn't partake and the beach was rocky and shallow. Just outside town so quiet and on the bay. Only real downside was patio was full of spiders so sitting outside was a no-go.

Second time I booked this room, first time was great, this time the carpet was so dirty that I had to ask the owner to cover part of it with a carpet, fire alarm rung Saturday morning for 2 hours, Saturday night briefly and Sunday morning for one hour, the balcony net door was not sliding easily, bathroom door was not closing easily, there were drawing from previous visitor on room mirror (could be seen only under certain angles though), a plastic piece of the toilet flush was broken when we arrived. Good thing is that the owner is very handy and responsive and that he is planning to replace the carpet. You could enjoy your stay if you have more luck than me as the hotel is well situated in front of the lake.

Waterview? More Like Fire Alarm Hell

Worst stay of my life. $450 for two nights in a dusty, musty room with towels that smelled like mildew and beds full of crumbs. I had to use my inhaler constantly because of the dust. Then came the nightmare: fire alarms blasting at 9 a.m. for FOUR hours straight. The blonde cleaning lady barged into our room (while my friend was in a towel) accusing us of smoking, then told me to “calm down.” We ate breakfast outside because it was too loud inside. The fire department came into our room 15 times and even admitted the system was outdated. It didn’t end there!!! alarms again at midnight, then again at 7 a.m., and every 15 minutes after that. Basically paid to stay inside a fire drill simulator. When I asked the owner for a partial refund, he argued, made excuses, and told me it was “out of his control.” Sir, you’re the OWNER. Take responsibility. No communication, no customer service, no care for guests. Save your money, save your sanity, and sleep literally ANYWHERE else — your car, a park bench, even the side of the road would’ve been more restful than this place.
