「The lady at the reception desk was so unfriendly and gave us a dark and damp, no- bathtub room at the ground foor. We immediately requested her to change the room, but she flatly declined our request, saying this room was given according to a contract with Expedia. We couldn't believe such a room was prepared at the rate fixed with Expedia !!」

「Because of the busy season, the room wasn’t ready around 6:00. However, staff were really trying hard. But I wanted to have some rest so it was disappointing. 」

「入るなりハエがいた。バスルームの換気扇は物凄い音がして使えなかった。」

「We love this place! The staff is always fantastic and the rooms are amazing!」

「The setting for this hotel is wonderful, and the lounge overlooking the ships on the Columbia River is a stop I've made before when not even staying at the hotel. It was even more special when I was staying there. The sea lion platform is fun (a nice touch in the room to deal with them is earplugs in a container that says "In case of Sea Lions"). The fire pit on the dock and a "mini porch" with chairs outside our room were also nice touches. We loved the retention of some of the old cannery...

「Rooms were clean.\nAnd the staff was excellent」

「Convenient and affordable. Walking distance to downtown. I had no problems staying here. I had an excellent stay at rivershore...」

「Great stay. Very centrally located and clean.」

「This property was exactly as it was described. It was located on the harbor on the Columbia River. There were several restaurants within the area. The view of the harbor was beautiful. The amenities were great. We had a suite with coffee , microwave, refrigerator and a seating area. The bed and bedding was super comfortable.」

「This place was adorable! Throw back to the 50s. the staff were all very kind. The bed was very very comfortable」
