"The mattress need replaced. Big divots on either side. Worst one I’ve seen in a long time. I switched rooms and the new room still had a worn out mattress. Not as bad as first room but they probably all need replaced soon. Breakfast was really good. "

In addition, there was no hot water available the evening I arrived or the following morning. These issuesmade my stay quite inconvenient, and I wanted to make sure the hotel was aware so they can be addressed. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter. "A/C did not work. It was in the 60s outside but about 80 in the room. Had to stay at another hotel."
