"I don’t know where to start with this review! I’d booked a “comfort room” for a 5 day business trip to London. This room seemed good - private bathroom, separate seating area, even a “city view”. Seemed good. I had to step over a pile of black bin bags to get through the front door, which didn’t bode well. The room, at the very top of the building, had a strange musty smell.
