「Everything was perfect. Fantastic location, very comfortable, great beds, everything you need for a terrific stay. Bonus is the parking which is very poor in Salcombe. Very clean and great communication with Sarah the housekeeper. Highly recommend 」

「We stayed at The Loft for the last week of the school holidays. The communication prior with the owners was very good and the check in process and directions were good. The house has 2 ground floor bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a very well appointed kitchen diner, including walking up liquid , dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. 「The cottage has everything you need for a lovely stay. Very well equipped kitchen, fantastic walk in shower, amazing location and no trouble parking. We parked around the green when we first got there and although we then didn't use the car saw plenty of spaces appear throughout our stay. The village has some lovely pubs particularly The London Inn opposite the cottage, cafes particularly The Clipper and shops and if you want a peaceful and laid back break. Thank you」

「We stayed here for a week with our 3 children, their parners and 4 grand children, making a party of 12. The house was amazing, from a very well equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms and relaxing seating areas, all beautifully decorated.There was a large garden, (athough the little ones needed supervision as there are two large ponds), and a lovely courtyard seating area. A very well stocked under stairs cupboard with windbreak, chairs, parasol etc for the beach.Also games,and a pool/table tennis...

「dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down...

「A truly great find. Apartment was extremely clean well equipped and just perfect. The parking was a real bonus as we go to Brixham often and the location was also ideal. Absolutely stunning views!」
