"The breakfast was good. Items were seasoned well, so no salt was needed. The gym was nice and had enough equipment for a good workout. There is also a table tennis room which saw a lot of action from other guests. You’ll need to use your room card to keep the power on in your suite. They are serious about energy conservation, so get an extra key if you want the central air/heat to run while you’re away. Otherwise, as soon as you remove the key, the power will shut off. The location is close enough to walk around the historic neighborhood. They also have parking if you drive. "

" Room was clean. Housekeeping was very good about responding to the things we needed. Only food availalble at the hotel was breakfast daily. Food was available at the bar for a limited menu."

"Julian and Roman were exceptional at customer service and friendliness. Khan and the female staff member in the restaurant were outstanding, as well. Room only got cleaned when I requested it, which was strange to me, but it all worked out. Exceptional property. This is my second extended stay and I look forward to using this property in the future! 💛"

"When I walked through the door last Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted with “Welcome back!” So, it was reassuring that I’d made the right choice in returning to GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin, after a year. That greeting was so genuine and most appreciated. Then, throughout my 5 night stay, I enjoyed lovely interactions with so many staff members. I have grown to LOVE GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin. 💖"

"Very fresh "

"We initially stayed for 3 days and decided to extend for more than a week. Expecting that service and facility will improve . The apartment is ok which we appreciated. What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip became unnecessarily stressful. Check-in and support are also problematic. When something goes wrong, it becomes very difficult to resolve because the hotline is extremely hard to reach and slow to respond. For a company that relies entirely on digital access, reliable and efficient customer service should be a top priority—but unfortunately, that was not our experience. "

"Lovely apartment in a great location. Clean and close to lots of shops and cafes. On a side road, so very quiet at night. Ideally situated for the S trains and U bahn. 30 mins by train to Berlin Brandenburg Airport. Highly recommend these studios/suites, and will definitely return. "
