「While its not one of the newest hotels in Kelowna, it was convenient option for us, while visiting a family member in the hospital.
The room was always clean, and the mattresses were very comfortable. We appreciated the daily coupons for breakfast at Ricky's, located next door. You can choose a $10 breakfast, or have $10 deducted from your menu choices.
All interactions with staff illustrated their commitment with excellent customer service. It was a very pleasant experience for us. 」
「The location is excellent in Radium. Walk to every service and restaurants. The grounds provide multiple places to sit and relax outside. Very quiet. The electrical outlets are a bit old. Chargers wouldn’t stay in all the sockets because they were worn. The kitchenette was well appointed.Easy to figure out though. Super clean and a great stay for a night or longer. We were there 5 nights for a golf trip. If we’re to stay in radium again we would check here first for sure. 100%.」

「I didn't realize there was a hold on funds as well as the fee to stay so that set us up for a sad stay, probably my fault for just being fairly new to staying in hotels. The guy behind the counter wasn't very personable or reassuring either. 」
