"Staff was friendly. It was also convenient that they have Mr. Mike's restaurant on property so you didn't have to leave to go and eat."

"This place needs a serious update, definitely showing its age. Many things need repairs, beds are worn out, noisy pipes, etc."

"I was not happy with the party atmosphere, I had to call the front desk at 2am. Parking was far, food was expensive for what I had, and room was just ok. "

"Access to ski resort was via the Shuttle, $2 one way, shuttles were timely and regular. Need to keep a supply of coins handy, because the drivers do not accept anything else. Rooms at the hotel were very clean and decent size. The AC had to be turned on manually to warm room. The spa was extremely busy, so I never bothered to use that, and there is not laundry facilities... just something to be aware of. Other than that no complaints, very reasonable rates and convenient location to the bus stop."

"Amazing location and offseason rates are tolerable given the downtown waterfront location. There were a few things about the suite configuration that were odd, but nothing that would make me choose against staying there again. Having a full kitchen, not to mention spectacular lake views, make this place worth staying at."
