Super spacious open plan lounge, dining, full kitchen, home office space + opens onto private balcony.

Including a dedicated free security carpark with the apartment…

However, you’re so close to everything, you can leave the car & just bring your walking shoes, heels &/or lace ups!

The space;

The building, Oaks Charlotte Towers has resort-style amenities including 25m heated, indoor lap pool, sauna, gym + BBQ area…

We manage this apartment exclusively, instead of the on-site management.

• Enjoy a sleep in the King bed with black-out curtains
• Relax with Ducted Air-Con throughout for cool or heating
• Bake, fry, sauté or grill with the gas Kitchen
• Curl up on the couch with Netflix streaming on the 55’ Smart TV+ Unlimited fast WiFi (50Mbps)
…or Chill out on the balcony with the CBD views...

There’s also a full laundry with washing machine & dryer + everything you’ll need to keep clean :)

Perfect for singles, couples + professionals, but NOT for parties of any description…


To stress the above point, if you have any intention of having a party or breaking our house rules in anyway, PLEASE do not book our property.

Note* The building has a strict no party policy, security camera outside apartment entry, CCTV cameras in common areas + on-site security - with all costs passed onto you…for those thinking of breaking the rules

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the CBD. Obtaining the key was easy - went to a shop around the corner and opened a lock box. The apartment has a fully functioning kitchen, rain shower, comfortable bed and sofa, and balcony overlooking the city. The building offers a small gym, lap pool, and outside plunge pool. Was convenient to the Woolworths supermarket, bus routes, and park. Communication from the owner was clear and timely.
