「最初に入った部屋のテレビが映らず、フロント係の女性に「同行の子どもがHockey Night in Canadaを楽しみにしていたんだけど・・・」と言ったところ、「それは大変！」と即座にテレビのチェックに来て、状況が改善しないことが分かると快く隣に部屋を変えてくれた。Hockey Night in Canadaにチャンネルを合わせてスタンバイしてくれたのみならず、「これでも飲みながら見てください」とコーラ２本の差入れまで。。臨機応変な気の利いたサービスは10日間の旅程の中でも印象深いことだった。朝食も良かった。あまり泊まる機会のないロケーションだが、また訪れてみたいと感じた。」

「The staff was friendly and welcoming, and parking was fine. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The room was clean, but the strong smell of bleach was unpleasant. 「Room was very clean but we were surprised that we booked a suite yet there wasn’t a door on the bedroom for privacy. That’s not a suite - it’s a studio and should have been charged that way.
