And they refuse to offer a refund. So book this place if you want throw your money away. It could be worse — check-in might be working and then you get to stay at what every one agrees is BRIGHTON’s Worst HOTEL. I’d rather spend a night in a soggy tent made solely from Nigel Farage’s used wink-towels. "
