"The room was very clean as well as the bathroom On check in the staff member made me and my family so welcome it was a pleasure. The breakfast was out standing I told the waiter staff to tell the cook how much we enjoyed it. We would stay here again and have told so many people of our stay with you. Well done."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. After spending the day along the Dunedin coastline in strong winds, it was such a relief to return to a calm, warm, and peaceful setting. Even though it’s only about 20 minutes from Dunedin, it feels like a completely different world — tucked into a beautiful valley surrounded by hills with stunning scenic views. The accommodations were excellent: a spacious, comfortable room, a delicious fresh homemade breakfast, and truly friendly, welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. A special bonus was the chance to feed the farm animals — including alpacas and sheep — which made the experience even more memorable and added a charming, authentic countryside touch. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
