"The room at Bluestone on George is gorgeous! Lots of upgrades and higher quality materials all throughout the hotel. Walking distance to shops, cafes and the Otago campus. Only downside was the nightly helicopter hovering nearby that I assume was near a hospital…it was a busy weekend unfortunately."

"Great location.Overnight underground parking 25 NZ $ a night. Comfortable rooms with all amenities, microwave, fridge/freezer, cutlery etc. Seperate sitting room/kitchen, bed and shower. Excellent stay in middle of City. "

"This was a great place to stay, very clean, quiet, two great breakfast places very close by and 15/20 minute walk into the centre of town. It's also walking distance to the Botanical gardens. I was a solo traveller and felt very safe. I was also outside of the university term which may have helped it to be very quiet. For those visiting the university it's virtually on your doorstep. "

"Lovely big apartment with super kitchenette, that had everything required for a 2 night stay. Onsite parking was great , as were the small balconies to get a good air flow. Very handy sort walk to the centre of Dunedin and everything it has to offer. Easy car access to the Otago peninsular as well. We can thoroughly recommend this motel and Dunedin and surrounds as well."
