Situated in an ideal position close to St Kilda and St Clair beaches, as well as the South Dunedin shopping centres. Although not new, the property is well maintained and spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, so I have stayed here several times over the years. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The staff/owners are absolutely lovely. Our rooms were great, clean and fresh. Lovely water pressure in the showers, and nice and hot to warm the bones. Laundry facilities available which came in handy for us. Nice and close to everything, withing walking distance to the beach where you can see some seals, and food. We booked a return stay on our trip and was not disappointed! Definitely recommend this place for a place to stay, even if you just want a weekend away. 10/10!

Staff went above and beyond. We had to add two extra nights due to illness. They were fully booked but managed to juggle things around for us. We had to move room but they were extremely helpful in arranging that for us. Thank you
