「It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The lodge was a really high standard, the owners had thought of everything. The cherry on the top was the hot tub. The owners were really friendly, and at hand if you needed them. A really great place to stay if you want peace and quiet, and to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Would highly recommend.」

「We had no hot water the whole time we were there. You cant get hold of the owner, they don't seem to care. Also there are no fans provided and the pod retains heat so it unbearable in the hot days. 」

「Lovely cottage but not where Expedia show it in the town centre. Longden common is nice and the red lion pub just down the road is a good place to eat. Stairs a very steep so something to be aware of not mentioned in details about the rental. 」

"非常に暑い日にも関わらず、エアコンが故障していた。冷えるのに時間がかかると言われ数時間待ったが、全くかわりなしで、体調がわるくなり倒れそうになった。急いで荷物をまとめて部屋を出て部屋を交換してくれるよいに頼むと、渋々交換してくれたが、予約した部屋より狭い部屋しか空いてないと言われたが、熱中症になるよりはましなので、その部屋に移動した。部屋の差額は返金されなかった。後で口コミを見たら何ヶ月前の口コミにも同様にエアコンが故障していたというものがあった。あの暑さで空いている部屋がなかったら熱中症で倒れていただろう。客の最低限の安全も確保できないホテルだと思った。有名ホテルで系列には何度も滞在したことがあるがこんなことは初めてだった。非常に失望した。"
