「Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. 」

「Im local to the area and just needed a place near downtown Fairfield for the week. Place was everythig I expected. Apartment was clean, check-in was easy, and owner was communicative and helpful when needed.」

However, the beautiful stained glass window is not closed and isn't able to be manually closed. With the location being downtown you can hear everything going on outside at full volume. 「Room was clean and well-appointed. Reception clerk was pleasant and up-graded room because ours was not ready. Hotel was convenient to highway and very quiet. Only negative was continental breakfast being minimal. Would recommend this hotel to other travelers as a good value. 」
