Beautiful home; step outside and it looks like a painting in every direction. 5 miles to Main St (shopping & restaurants). Several trails on the same street; one directly across the street.Host was easy to contact and quick to ask if we got settled in. Board games, pool, & table soccer upstairs.Great place!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The house had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. But the highlight was the outside with the beautiful river and fire pit!

Lovely home at one time, needs a little boost. Kitchen rug extremely dirty, very old kitchen griddle, soap dispenser in one dishwasher broken, felt like not properly maintained.

An amazing retreat by the river

We had a fabulous week stay at this beautiful property for a family reunion. Plenty of space for everyone with 8 rooms each with its own bathroom plus a bunk room. We spent most days outside playing outdoor games that we brought or fly fishing. The grounds and gardens were immaculate. The grill and hot tub work well. The calming sound of the river is continuous. Location is very close to Breckenridge so we spend a few days shopping downtown, at Peak 9 and the Brek Escape room. We had numerous late evenings playing pool and games in the upstairs game room or watching a movie on the huge TV. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of everything. The large dining room table and bar seating provided eating space for everyone. We all agreed it was the perfect place and wished we could stay another week!

Whispering River Ranch was outstanding! We had our son’s wedding on the property and it was perfect. Incredible space inside with endless views outside. We even had a day of guided flying fishing right on the property! Thanks so much for making this property to special!

Group Retreat

House was amazing! Every room had their own bathroom which has a huge plus! The shared areas were vast and aplenty! Two dishwashers as well. A high recommendation!

Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our visit to Breck and Frisco, with this home as our base camp. We appreciated our host's quick and joyful responses to a few things that needed attention. Loved the fire in the morning, and the river in the afternoon.

very nice accomodations. There were some problems but management took care of them promptly. The facility is huge and the game room provided excellent fun time for the kids and adults alike.Location is prime right along the river. I wish the landscaping would have been better maintained

Wonderful house by Blue River

We loved the peaceful location right by the river. The views from the house were beautiful! Our family liked having bedrooms with a bathroom & deck access. We enjoyed the lovely yard, especially the fire pit where you could hear the rushing water of the Blue River. The grandkids liked playing in the game room. It was great having room for our large family to spread out. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting to relax in a wonderful location close to everything.

Wedding at Whispering River Ranch

We had our micro-wedding at Whispering River Ranch and it was absolutely gorgeous! The grounds were breathtaking and provided the perfect space for our special day. All 17 of our wedding attendees were able to stay on the property, which made for a very intimate, connected experience as we joined our families together.

Family vacation

House was great for multiple families. Beautiful views from house (better if windows had been cleaned). Kids loved game room. Took 48 hours to have someone respond to plumbing issues. When plumber did come, very courteous.

Absolutely wonderful home

This home is amazing. We had 18 people here (10 children and 8 adults), and you would never have known it. We went for NYE and a friend's 40th bday celebration. Everything was perfect. The house almost looked too good to be true from the pictures, I thought it may have been fake ha! It most definitely was not. A favorite: sitting in the living room by the fire looking out the windows (each one looking like a painting) was so relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely Outdoor Area

The home is well located outside of Breckenridge and near Frisco and Dillon. The outdoor area was super with a fire pit where we set up corn hole that was provided. Plenty of bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The house is a bit dated and needs some upgrades ( like carpeting and some appliances) but our family certainly enjoyed themselves!

A Little Bit of Heaven

This house provided the perfect place for our family if 17 to get away from the heat in Kansas and spend a week together. Plenty around to be as active as you want or beautiful enough by the Blue River right out the back door to just chill out by fire pit and let time slow down!!!!! We had a little problem with water pressure last day or so but I’m sure had I contacted Mindy it would have been resolved. We love having corn hole tournaments and when I inquired if house had a set, Mindy said no but she would get one out there for us. If you rent this place, take in all the things to do around the area (and there is a lot to do) but leave equal time to just enjoy and relax.

Gorgeous scenery

We had 14 total; 7 adults and kids ranging ages 6-14. Very spacious and kids loved the game room. Some went fly/fishing on property and ample space to sit outside. Excellent location.

Perfect Location

Perfect location right on the river. Enormous home with plenty of bed rooms and bathrooms. We had 17 in our party and still had more bedrooms than we could use. Mindy the owner was very responsive to text. We would love to come back next summer.
