This place was clean and spacious. It was a little work getting back to the house from the Snowflake run bc of the flat nature of the run and lack of snow, but completely doable. This place is so close to restaurants amd fun.

Excellent home. Easy check in and check out. Stocked kitchen with pots/pans and spices. Comfortable beds. 15-20 minute walk to downtown. Very responsive to questions/requests.

The property was great and very comfortable. The only down side was neighbors threatening to fine us while we were unloading luggage for a few minutes in the street with no intent to stay parked there. They also complained anout somebody else's kids ridding bikes in the common street out front. Overall great property, just a bit of a bummer avout the neighbors attitudes

We loved our stay at Retreat at Saddlewood. The property was exceptionally clean, quiet, and private, offering beautiful views that made it easy to unwind. The spa and heated floors added a touch of luxury, while the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. Retreat at Saddlewood was an excellent place for our family of eight! Location is excellent and allows easy access to downtown Breckenridge and the bus service. The amenities throughout are great. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for a group. Hot tub was used extensively and enjoyed. Management group was very communicative and wanted to make sure we had a great trip. Five stars throughout. We will be back.

What a perfect vacation!

If you are looking at this property, do yourself a favor, and book it now! We were a party of 9 and had the BEST trip! The property was top notch. They thought of everything, and there wasn’t anything we wished we had or needed. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels for bathing and hot tub, prompt and helpful communication, convenient location to walk downtown and access a variety of hikes, and a stunning view! We would definitely rent here again!

Great stay!

Great home to rent. Would rent again. Easy access to the city center via bus, car, or a reasonable walk. Easy access to ski lift. Pretty flat trail back for ski in but worked even for the kids with a little towing. :)

River Ridge Rentals made it easy, VRBO is a little misleading.

The house was great, the location was great! The house was acceptably clean. It was very comfortable and roomy for 8 ppl. (We were just 7). My family and I cook in most nights and found the kitchen well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the closets were spacious. Every thing, including the hot tub, were well maintained. The one and only complaint all the members of my family had is, while it is certainly ski out, the ski in was a bit of a stretch. Approximately two thirds of Snowflake lane is flat, for which, you had to pole, skate or just walk. That definitely came into consideration when choosing to do 1 more run or save some energy for getting back to the house. But even with that we enjoyed our trip and made great memories.

Epic True ski in ski out with hot tub!

Place was perfect for family of four plus grandpa. We all had our own rooms, they had everything there. Love the view and the garage was handy as well. You ski down to the Snowflake lift.

Luxury on the Slopes

This is one of the best homes we have stayed at right on the slopes. We loved having 3 separate floors for privacy. The home was beautifully decorated and was equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub right at the slopes was the perfect way to unwind each evening. We plan to return next ski season.

Great place for family

Overall an excellent experience as the property was everything as listed. The ski in/out allowed a wide range of skier’s abilities. The home was in great shape and property manger’s communication was very efficient.

This unit surpassed our expectations

This beautifully decorated unit had everything we needed and more. We loved being able to walk out and catch the trail to Sawmill Reservoir and being close enough to walk to town as well. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook quite a few meals, and loved having 3 levels so that everyone had their own space. The hot tub was a wonderful place to wind down at the end of the day. When we had questions or needed anything, the staff at River Ridge was quick to get back to us with answers. We loved it so much we added on an extra day.

Summer Vacation

Great place for a 3 night stop in Breckenridge for a family summer vacation. House was great, and any issues (broken coffee maker) were immediately resolved by the local property manager. Walk downhill to downtown with a bus ride back up the hill if you need it. The deck looks out onto the lift and woods with a cool, short trail up to one of the lakes on the slopes to fish or just hike. Overall great location and the condition of the house was spotless and great for our family of 7, (all 18+ years old).
