Welcome to A Landing in Paradise! Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this home is perfect for your group of up to 12! For the ultimate lounging experience, take your pick between the two indoor living areas and two outdoor patios. The kitchen is built for the mountain life with all premium appliances, a massive stainless-steel refrigerator, wine cooler, and gas range are just a few of the kitchen highlights. Rounded out with top-of-the-line amenities including an 8-person private hot tub, outdoor fire-pit, incredible views of the Breckenridge Resort, Hunter Douglas blinds, flat-screen TVs, high-speed internet, and more!
Proximity: Located in the prestigious Shock Hill community, this home is just a 2-minute walk to the private Shock Hill Gondola, offering direct access to Peaks 7 & 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Main Street is just a 1-mile walk, putting shops, dining, and entertainment within easy reach.
Living Room (Second Floor): The main family room features vaulted ceilings, a modern gas fireplace, an oversized flatscreen TV, and walls of windows capturing spectacular mountain views. Natural light floods the space, creating a welcoming environment for movie nights or relaxing after a day on the slopes.
Kitchen (Second Floor): Open to the dining area, the chef's kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances including a 6-eye gas stovetop, oversized island with 4-person breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, blender, crockpot, coffee maker, and more. Granite countertops and plenty of prep space make it a dream for any culinary enthusiast.

• Primary Bedroom (Second Floor): King bed, vaulted ceilings, wall-mounted TV, built-in fireplace, private balcony, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower, jetted tub, his and her sinks, and walk-in closet.
• Second Bedroom (First Floor): Queen bed, full-size closet, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower.
• Third Bedroom (First Floor): Queen bed, full-size closet, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a step-in shower.
• Fourth Bedroom (First Floor): 4 Twin beds, dresser, perfect for kids or adults, and adjacent shared full bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity.
Family Room (First Floor): The downstairs living area includes a full-size sofa, lounge chairs, flatscreen TV, Wii-U, mini-fridge, and bar, perfect for games or movie nights.
Outdoor Space (First Floor): The home offers two outdoor spaces. The ground-level patio features an 8-person hot tub, built-in gas fire pit, and incredible mountain views. The main-level south-facing deck includes seating lounges and a gas grill.
Laundry (Second Floor): Full-size washer and dryer located on the main level with ironing board and iron.
Nordic-in/Nordic-out — with gondola access, too! Located in Breckenridge's premier Shock Hill neighborhood, this home offers access to the town's groomed Nordic trail system and close proximity to the gondola for effortless downhill skiing. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems — giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
