This stunning Austrian-style retreat offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a serene mountain setting just minutes from Breckenridge. Nestled alongside a stream, the home features a moss rock exterior, soaring ceilings, and charming cottage-style windows framing breathtaking views of Quandary Peak. Enjoy multiple outdoor areas, decks, a gas fire pit, and a private hot tub make this home perfect for relaxing and creating lasting mountain memories. Proximity: Located in Blue River, this home is just 5.7 miles from downtown Breckenridge. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy easy access to McCullough Gulch (4.5 miles), Blue Lakes Trail (3.9 miles), Quandary Peak 14er (3.1 miles), and the Wheeler Lake off-roading trailhead (7.6 miles).
Living Room: The spacious living area boasts soaring ceilings, a stone gas fireplace, and large windows showcasing spectacular mountain views. Plush seating provides the perfect spot to gather with family and friends after a day of adventure.
Kitchen: The beautiful modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances. You'll find a double stacked oven, a countertop gas range, and a dishwasher. The large island and extensive counter space allows for more than enough space to cook up a delicious meal.

Dining Room: The dining room is bathed in natural light and has a beautifully crafted wood table and chandelier with seating for 8.
Sleeping Arrangements: 3 Bed, 4.5 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King bed, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, private deck, and ensuite bath with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities.
• Second Bedroom (Top Floor): King bed with ensuite bath featuring walk-in shower and single vanity.
• Third Bedroom (Top Floor): King bed with access to a full-sized shared bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity.
Family Room: Enjoy a cozy den with a full-size billiards table, large flatscreen TV, and plenty DVDs for family movie nights or games.
Outdoor Space: Relax on the south-facing deck with mountain views, a gas fire pit, and a private hot tub, perfect for starry evenings or sunny afternoons. Wildlife such as moose, deer, and foxes can often be seen right from the deck, offering a true mountain experience.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located near the garage entrance.
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
