PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: SIX beds in this 3-bedroom modern cottage situated in the heart of Breckenridge, one block from the famous sledding hill at Carter Park and four blocks from Main Street shops and dining. Less than 1 mile to the Breckenridge Gondola for access to Peaks 7 and 8, and less than 1 mile to the chairlifts on Peak 9. A classic Victorian cottage on the outside, warm and earthy Aztec vibe on the inside. Impeccably decorated with modern updates and new management offering world-class service for our valued guests. Private hot tub, new furnishings, new linens, immaculately cared for. Guests receive discounts on ski rentals, delivery, and free storage at some locations.

ENTERTAINMENT: TVs for streaming in living room and all three bedrooms.

THE TINY COMPANY DIFFERENCE: Breck Mountain Rentals is a very small company offering big customer service, locally-owned and operated here in Breckenridge, CO. Your calls/texts are answered immediately 9am-9pm and 24 hours for emergencies. Our inventory is limited to a select number of properties only in the Breckenridge core so that we are able to provide meticulous attention to detail, for happy homes and happy guests. All Breck Mountain Rental properties are meticulously maintained and well stocked with full-sized and/or ample guest supplies, an informative welcome binder and a gift bag.

LOCATION: Downtown Breckenridge, one to five blocks away from skiing, sledding, shopping and dining. Walk on flat sidewalks to town or hop on the free shuttle a short walk from the house.

ACCESS: Flat driveway with parking for three vehicles. ALL Breckenridge visitors need 4WD/AWD for safe transportation to and around town. Guests can walk less than half a mile to shopping/dining on Main Street. A Breck Free Ride shuttle stop is just 2 blocks away for transportation or connections to anywhere in Summit County. As our guests, we are happy to help you with the details of getting around Breckenridge and where to park.

Main Level:
• Entry foyer with half bathroom

• Hot tub just off front porch with privacy fence.

Top Level:
• Primary/Master King bedroom with attached bathroom, dual vanities, shower, balcony and desk.

Lower Level:
• Queen bedroom.
• Spacious bunk room with Twin-over-Queen bed, Queen bed with twin trundle bed, and loveseat.
• Full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
• Laundry room with full-size washer/dryer

A full-size grocer is less than 3 miles away. Conveniences such as Target, Walmart and more-size grocers are 20-30 minutes away.

HOUSE RULES:
Home insurance requires that all guests be at least 28 years of age with the exception of children and young adults traveling with parents.

This house was located in a great area that made it easy for us to walk to town and the bus stop to hit the slopes. There was plenty of room for everyone. The staff was very responsive as needed.

Probably the best stocked property my family and I have stayed in. Kitchen was functional with pots, pans, bowls, family friendly plates and cups, and minor condiments/seasonings. The home was extremely clean with all necessities in good working conditions (Heat, hot water, etc). Location can't be beat due to proximity to sledding park and a 5 minute walk to the best part of Main Street (Crepes A la Cart).

The property was nicer than I expected and just the right size for our two families. The kitchen had great amenities and has been upgraded nicely. The main complaint we had was the noisy heater in the downstairs queen size bedroom which made it hard to sleep. Also to make it 5 stars I would say to provide extra towels for use of the hot tub. Overall, I would recommend the location since it was so close to town and only 10 mins to the gondolas.

This place was a perfect location! We walked to Main Street a couple of times a day! We also were right by the park. The property managers were extremely helpful in helping us get the fireplace to turn on and even shoveling the drive for us! There isn’t one complaint that any of us have over this place.

This place was very nice. Nice showers too! I loved the deck on the top floor but the hot tub was a fav in the whole house! It was 2 blocks from town and easy to walk to and from. Would stay here again!

The hot tub didn’t work, but the owners offered money back and future discounts. They also had someone out working on it and did their best to fix it before our check out. The property was great otherwise and location was perfect for a family.

We have stayed at numerous houses and condos in Breckenridge in the summer. This property is the best. Ideally located in the historic district. It is very well furnished. There wasn't one thing we needed that wasn't there. Highly recommend. We are in the process of booking again for next summer.

The location was perfect, easy walk to both town and trails. Some minor complaints would be the stove and oven not working well but they responded when we notified them. There are TV’s but bedroom ones have no stations and main also left a lot to be desired. Since we traveled with an infant we looked forward to watching TV at night. There also should have been some instructions around for use of hot tub, tv etc. Again all minor compared to ease of walking around.

The townhome was a five minute walk down to Main street, a couple blocks away from the Breckenridge Market and right down the street from Carter Park - perfect location. And it was still quiet. The home was more space than the two of us needed, but it was nice to have all the extra space along with the hot tub and a fully equipped kitchen. The fireplace in the living room made for some cozy movie watching. Overall it was perfect for my wife and I for our 5-day stay. The only thing I would change in the house is adding a dresser to the master bedroom. There is a desk, which we used as the dresser. The closet had some hanging shelves, but they were too small in my opinion. I suspect most visitors don't have use for a desk in the master bedroom.

Absolutely recommend! Our family enjoyed the stay. We’ll appointed. Walking distance to everything, so mom and dad could go out for date nights. Easy trip to peak 8 enjoying the gondola and activities. Summer here is breath taking! Note: Bring your own coffee (drip coffee maker). The rental agreement is outside Vrbo. Check in would have been easy had I thought to pull up the rental agreement, but after a long trip the check in instructions are not on the app. Hint— read the documents they send (outside of the app) so you don’t have issues as the check in is 10 minute drive from the house. The mgmt company was very attentive though and very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home in Breckinridge! It’s was clean and well stocked and the location is perfect! We walked everywhere and were very comfortable with our family of 7. We will definitely be back!
