Cozy and comfortable duplex at Highlands Greens. Private hot tub. Fireplace. Close to the golf course. Ski shuttle.

Styled in mountain contemporary design, this duplex is perfectly situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac with mountain views. You will have the entire three-bedroom townhouse for your family. Conveniently located between Breckenridge and Frisco with easy access to the Jack Nicklaus Signature Breckenridge golf course, historic Main Street with all shops and restaurants, Breckenridge Ski Resort, Fun Park on Peak 8, Frisco Adventure Park, Frisco Bay Marina, and everything that Summit County has to offer. Enjoy your time on the deck with a hot tub and grill.

Spacious, open floor plan main floor with vaulted ceiling connects the full kitchen, living room with fireplace, and dining room with table for 8. Private deck. Nice views. One car garage. Easy eight-minute drive to the gondola or Frisco Marina. An endless opportunity for adventure, legendary skiing, and historic Main Street awaits you.

Main Level:

Kitchen: Full kitchen with granite countertops.

Dining Table: Large dining area with a table that comfortably sits eight people.

Living Room: Nice living room with vaulted ceiling, wall-mounted TV, and a gas fireplace.

Bedroom: Bunk bed (queen). The top bunk bed is for children only please.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with shower that is accessible from the hallway.

Private Deck: Large deck with private hot tub, table, and a grill.

Washer and Dryer.

Upper Lever:

Master Bedroom. Vaulted ceiling, king-size bed, and a TV. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub and separate shower. There is a nice view of the neighborhood and mountains in the background.

Second Bedroom. Vaulted ceiling, queen-size bed, and a TV. Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Highland Greens Townhomes is a very nice neighborhood in a great location.

Easy, contactless check-in.

Shuttle Service. The shuttle is operated during the winter months and it departs every hour from 8am-5pm and will take you to Beaver Run, Village, or Gondola.

Due to the COVID-19, our cleaning lady is taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces with products that meet the EPA's criteria and we follow the CDC's Cleaning Guidelines.

Exceptional Stay

Everything about our experience and the property was 10 out of 10. Great home that was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay. Would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend for a ski trip to the Breck, Copper, Keystone area.

Perfect Vacation!!!

Daniel’s property is absolutely amazing! The home was very clean upon our arrival, and had everything you could possibly need. Daniel is also very easy to reach and responds very quick if there you have any questions. This place is very warm and cozy, and there was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults. The shuttle to Breckenridge resort literally picks you up and the front door, which was incredibly convenient! The hot tub is a great spot to relax in after a long day of skiing! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great place to stay near the mountains. I will definitely be booking it again!

Another Wonderful Visit

This was the second time we stayed at this wonderful property. Everything was as great as the last time! We love the hot tub, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the beds are comfortable. What more could you ask for during a week of skiing? We’ll likely book again for next year!

Enjoyable Experience

Home was as expected and we had a very enjoyable stay. Home is well appointed and roomy for our family of 5. The community is very nice and the door to door ski shuttle was very efficient getting back and forth to the slopes. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our bike trip in summit county

Nice place, great location centrally located for biking in summit county. Hot tub at the end of the day was a treat. Very well stocked kitchen. A few appliance issues but Daniel was quick to respond. Would stay their again. Thank you Daniel.

Breckenridge Beauty

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Breckenridge. Daniel, the host, was great with his communication and availability should we need it - which we didn't. There were two adult couples, so we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy when we were at the property, but we were usually out and about enjoying Breckenridge and getting together with our family. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything that we could have needed.

Great Plce to Stay in Breckenridge

We stayed here with our family of 5 and it was fantastic. The hot tub was awesome. We loved the blanket and towel warmer, what a nice touch. Daniel was ready to get ahold of and the private shuttle to the mountain was amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not one thing was wrong, we would absolutely recommend!

Great find!

We were incredibly happy with this rental. The beds were comfortable after long days of skiing, and the hot tub was perfect! We warmed ourselves by the gas fireplace, and cooked numerous dinners in the well-appointed kitchen. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Our family if 6 loved it. Very clean, smells fresh. Great communication with property manager. We have rented several mountain properties and this was by far the best stocked and set up. Would definitely recommend!

Highland Wonderful

The property was wonderful and offered plenty of space for the family. The home was clean and well laid out with plenty of bedroom and bathroom options. The bedding and linens were nice. The dinning room table with the barstools offered plenty of space for dinning and playing games in the evening. The kitchen had all the right element for easily cooking meals for the family and was large enough for laying out the spread on the counter and serving the items buffet style. There were plenty of plates and utensils to accommodate us and additional family members that joined us for meals. We picked up the other family members and transported them to and from the home to stay within the two auto limit at the home. The home is conveniently located between Breckenridge and Frisco and provides ease for having multiple options for dinning out or grabbing to-go meals. There is a bus stop near by although we did not use the bus stop.
