Perfect home for the fam!

Plenty of space for everyone with lots of entertainment available. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. At the end of the street so very quiet and no traffic. Perfect for kids to safely play out front. Excellent communication with mgmt. company.We will definitely stay here again!

Blissful get-away property

The pictures do not do this place justice. We had an excellent weekend with family and our dog. Its tucked in the hills above Breck on a regularly maintined road in a quiet neighborhood, with great views of the ski runs across the valley. You def need awd/4wd in winter for this property. The layout, space, furnishings, kitchen and amenities are perfect for a family or friends getaway. Four, king-bed rooms and one multi-bunk room. We loved the game room downstairs, and the hot tub too, of course. It was great to come to a nice home, bring our dog (who was on her best behavior, not allowed on furniture, etc), and spend time with our grown kids. We treated it as we would have our own home. I would have liked to know how to turn down the ambient heat in the main floor bedroom's bathroom, that's the only thing I would like to see in the guest manual next time. Owners, sorry *we left our trash in the house, I didn't see the clarifying garage sign abt emptying the trash in the garage trash cans until we were pulling away and the garage door was closing. I did let your pmc know, tho, and they said no problem. Your pmc was friendly and professional, btw.

Wonderful location for annual family trip

We had a wonderful time golfing getting massages in town sharing home made meals in your large well stocked kitchen! The hot tub was enjoyed by all! Bike riding up the summit and hiking to Bakers Tank made for a terrific time for our very active family! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Thanksgiving family getaway

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this lovely home over Thanksgiving. 6 adults, 3 teens and 2 dogs…..plenty of room for all. The game room was enjoyed by kids and adults! Response by property management was top notch. Would definitely recommend!

Labor Day Celebration

We had a wonderful time at the property in Breckenridge! We had a group of 9 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was beautiful and clean and only about a 7-10 minute drive into town. Communication was also fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Family Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our 3-family group of 11 to enjoy adventures this area offers like hiking, rafting and zip lining. Better than hoped for with a picture-perfect view out every window. Plenty of room for each family to have their own space while easily accommodating the large group in living, dining and kitchen areas as well as the game room for all ages. Beautiful property with hot tub, fire pit and large gas grill. Well furnished. Prepare to make forever memories here.

Awesome place to stay!

We had a great spring break vacation at this house. The views from the house are amazing. The game room was a big draw for us and that did not disappoint. We had a lot of fun playing games in the arcade. The kitchen was well equipped with all kinds of pots and pans and dishes as well as multiple crockpots, instapot, etc.. The beds were comfortable and the heated floors in bathroom were really nice too. Can't say enough good things about this place. As stated in the description you definitely need a 4 wheel drive and some clearance to get there in the winter. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Baldy Ridge in winter

Can not say enough about this beautiful home. The view from the front window is like a postcard. 9 adults in our party with room to sleep more- kitchen had all we needed - more games in the game room than we could play - hot tub was enjoyed nightly - clean and warm and cozy after skiing. The management was friendly and helpful throughout. Five star experience.
