Comfortable bed, spacious room, great ventilation, good cleaning services, good breakfast (variety and freshness), good location for shopping and sightseeing, very hospitable and helpful staff. WiFi is quite unreliable.

This hotel feels like it’s abandoned. The windows block no sounds at all, you could literally hear everything going on outside. The towels were clean but had STAINS on them. Absolutely disgusting. They also don’t clean the rooms everyday

Hotel antigo que precisa de grande renovação. Wi-fi péssimo no quarto, não consegui utilizar. Controle do ar-condicionado sem pilha. Não possui tomadas ao lado da cama, o que atualmente é um inconveniente enorme. Televisão minúscula com apenas 5 canais funcionando. O banheiro do quarto era fedido e o chuveiro era um elétrico improvisado. Pra piorar há uma grande obra ao lado cuja barulheira começa às 7h da manhã. Não recomendo.

O prédio é antigo e precisa de um pouco de cuidado; as janelas fazem barulho a noite com o vento, o elevador range e seu acabamento não tá bom; a cortina do quarto não veda bem a claridade e o wi-fi é aberto, não dá pra usar. Os pontos positivos são a educação e recepção dos funcionários, a localização muito boa, próximo dos pontos turísticos, de ponto de ônibus, restaurantes e lojas.

O hotel tem uma boate em baixo e o 1 andar é reservado para prostituicao. Cardapios de mulheres são oferecidos de forma descarada. Ambiente bastante pesado. Os taxistas conhecem i local como local de prostituição. NAO INDICO.

O atendimento do hotel é ótimo, fui muito bem atendido. O problema está na internet. Reclamei 3 vezes e nada foi feito. Tive inclusive que procurar um Coworking para trabalhar pois a internet do hotel não funcionava, nem no celular nem no computador.
