「Quarto horrível. Cadeira ruim. Mesa torta. Parecia que eu estava em um porão.」

「I love this hotel. The rooms and service are very good and the food in the restaurant is good as well. the location is perfect, right across the street from the shopping. I would return to this hotel.」

「The bottle of water in the room was 9.9 BRL. It was too expensive. And the notice explaining that it was an additional charge was in very small letters. They should have written that in larger letters. In other countries like Middle Eastern hotels, bottled water is usually free, so I drank it thinking it was free. 」

「Clean room and excellent breakfast」
