「An outstanding property, I couldn’t fault this place. Very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host was very professional at check in. Very secure for parking. I will definitely stay here again if visiting the area. Shops only 5 minutes walk. A true home from home feel from start to finish」

「The host forgot to send me access code before check in, I had waited for 30 min. except that, everything is good.」

「Fantastic place. So clean」

If we are ever in the Colchester area again, we will definitely stay...

「The host made the check in easy and was responsive to all our questions and issues. The apartment, facilities and utensils were spotless and in great condition. For a stay in Chelmsford, the location is an easy walk or drive to any and all destinations.」

I replied that I had already paid for the booking online and asked the owner to contact Expedia directly if there was an issue. The owner then responded: It's fine. Come on. See you. Thanks. Based on this, I understood that my reservation was...
