"Over all the house is nice but there is several factors that seriously it down.Cleaning - It needs a thorough deep clean. The bbq is filthy, outdoor kitchen area is covered in a layer of dirt. Kitchen cutlery was dirty, glasses the same. Toaster was rotten and the oven grill was dirty. Washing machine stank of mould and even after running it on a hygiene cycle twice it still stank! Hot tub has a layer of dirt in the bottom. Cannot be hygienic You open the windows and the trims and ledges are...

"We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round ."

"We love our stay at the Fellows house, staff was super helpful & polite and dinner & breakfast were absolutely wonderful. The only thing we would say is that the electric car chargers in their car park were not working - although the Hotel tried contacting providers - it was inconvenient as we were banking on charging over night there. "We were really pleased with this hotel. Clean, comfy, quiet. Not fancy but everything you need in a stopover convenient to Stansted. The shuttle was also a big plus. It’s. Ice that they include breakfast, tho before 6 it’s pretty spartan. Still grateful for it tho!"
